Founder & CEO
Arne Brock-Utne, MD, serves as the founder, president, and CEO of Issio Solutions. Dr. Brock-Utne has first hand experience with old, clunky, on-premise technology that healthcare professionals are forced to use in hospitals on a day-to-day basis. In 2011, he founded Issio with a vision to bring the latest technology to the front lines of healthcare with the goal of improving quality of care, safety, efficiency and lowering costs.
Dr. Brock-Utne is a practicing part-time anesthesiologist who enjoys taking care of patients and working with his fellow front line health care professionals. He brings extensive knowledge in entrepreneurship, workforce operations, SaaS software development, and cybersecurity. Dr. Brock-Utne’s background equips him with valuable perspectives on the requirements of large organizations and the significant impact technology can have on enhancing operations within expansive, geographically diverse workforces.
James Brown
Sr. DevOps Engineer
James Brown is our Senior DevOps Engineer with 13 years of IT experience, including 7 years in DevOps. Specializing in Linux, AWS, and scripting, he has enabled scalable, multi-account AWS deployments using CloudFormation templates. James holds a Bachelor's degree and is certified in both Red Hat and AWS, underscoring his expertise in cloud technologies and system administration.
Yorick Phoenix
Chief Technology Officer
Yorick has over 30 years of experience in computer programming, software engineering, and technology solution development. His extensive experience guides the design and development of workflow solutions that improve healthcare for patients, optimize business efficiency, and enhance tools for medical staff.
Michael Havens
Information System Security Officer
Michael has over 10 years of experience working in cybersecurity, including 5 years spent guiding more than 70 cloud systems through FedRAMP and the Federal Agency ATO process at the Dept of Veteran Affairs. He leverages his deep knowledge of security controls and FedRAMP requirements to solve the most difficult control implementation challenges
Liza Cordero
Sr. Staff Engineer
Liza Cordero has over 20 years of experience in software development. Her background in chemical engineering and information technology informs her creative solutions. She specializes in using data to improve patient care and visualizing operational data for improved decision-making. By focusing on the customer’s unique needs, she develops applications that deliver great user experiences.
